Stuart led class. We temporarily relocated to the main Friendly House gym. What a cool place!
Started class with 30 minutes of kata going from Heian Shodan through Heian Youdan ending with our favorite kata. We did about 15 repetitions of each one.
Next we worked on basics for 30 minutes. Then we moved to ippon and sanbon kumite for 30 minutes. We ended class with escaping and throwing techniques.
