Study the the Japanese art of Karate and become part of a community dedicated to self-improvement. Karate strengthens the body, mind and spirit and incorporates fighting and sparring techniques, kata and self-defense. The study of Karate improves balance and efficiency of movement, deepens breathing, reduces stress, increases strength and improves a student’s overall health and well-being.This unique art has its roots in ancient Asia and aims to improve a person’s overall quality of life by emphasizing courtesy, integrity, humility, justice, honor, and self-control. Classes are taught by experienced black belt instructors. Individual and Family Scholarships are available!
Wear loose clothing, t-shirt, yoga clothes or sweats, and bring water.
